Comments:
It reminds me a chess game ! In fact, each ..."character" has special way of moving, special skills etc etc. The purpose of the game (there are 50 levels with 50 different backgrounds !) is to kill the Emforor Neo (you play with Nadia's team of course), trying to save Nadia from Neo Atlantis and their attacks.

At the beginning it could seem boring, with an awful graphic etc etc but if you keep playing with it you'll start linking the idea of moving and playing with Nadia, Nemo, Grandis, the Gratan, the Starbase SP (though I still ignore what the hell it is !!) etc etc. Also, after a few rounds you'll learn how to use the special skills, which are different character by character. Nadia's special skill, for example, is CHARM CHARM CHARM (REALLY powerful "weapon" 'cos your enemy start sleeping and you can easily hurt him J)

How to hurt an enemy? Simple! That's the nicest part of the game! When two..."pawns" are one close to the other, another window appears and you can see them ready to fight ! You can try hurting your enemy clicking on "Fight", you can use a special skill (Skill), you can use an item found during the game/past levels (ex: a shotgun, a box to heal yourself, a pod to escape etc etc) or you can try to escape, for example if your health is pretty bad.
